Support & Technical Roles
The Eagles Structures Apprenticeship & Employment Program is built on a comprehensive hybrid education system designed to develop both skilled craftsmen and future leaders in the construction industry. Our program combines in-person classroom training, mainly on hands-on field experience with real professional tutoring, and structured online learning to ensure maximum knowledge retention, technical ability, and real-world performance. Every team member is supported by a dedicated mentor, advisor, and coach who guides their growth through continuous training, evaluation, and practical application on active job sites. Participants gain experience through daily operations, safety training, and direct involvement in real projects while also completing structured coursework, assignments, and certifications. We offer both Trade Certificates for specialized skills and Title Position Certifications for full professional development across roles such as project management, engineering, supervision, and skilled trades. As individuals grow, they advance through our internal development system—from entry-level to master and leadership positions—based on performance, discipline, and commitment.
